Like so many others our story of modern day fairy tales began with internet dating. That’s the least interesting part so let’s skip ahead. Our first date was a few weeks after we started chatting and King’s Beergarden was the location. Nerves were high on both sides but a good German beer helped things along and the conversation was soon flowing easily as the first blooms of love took root.

Jump forward and there was the introduction of the hairy baby (Honey Bee), a whole lot of getting used to each other’s quirks and foibles but here we are.

Kris has been introduced to what a Coke is (ask any Texan) and Charlene now knows what sheep liver tastes like (it’s called haggis and it is delish). We’ve both brought a bit of our own background and culture together to create Tex-Celt. Hey, it works for us.
